Hello! I was really unhappy with your services last evening. I did not enjoy my time at your cinema at all. First of all, there were people talking loudly the whole time. I'm aware you can't educate people but your security guards did nothing about the noise. Second of all, I found bugs in my popcorn. That is simply unacceptable! And lastly, the screen kept flickering. I tried to talk to someone working there but they ignored me when I asked to be given my money back.
