In picture A we can see the famous department store Harrods, whilst in picture B we see a small shop, probably in London or Paris. In Harrods there are probably big stocks of goods, and in the shop there are decoration items or snacks.

in the famous Harrods there are sold luxury items, designer fashion souvenirs and food among others, while the butcher's place looks like a more cosy one and it doesn't look like it might have many various products to offer. another difference, judging by the appearance is that the first shop is a more sophisticated, probably worldwide chain store, while the second one looks like a small, private family business.
