I now you want to speak English fluently,indeed-like a native speaker and you don t know how to progress,how to make some things look easier in this language; but I now the answer. You just need to know some skills. Most of them are: watching YouTube English Grammar videos,movies with subtitles,playing English games and others,but the most important skill is to think in English,not to translate from your mother tongue in that language you speak.At the begininng it will be hard a bit,but when you try this again and again,you will now that is progress about.
